Click on the Cog Icon on the top left navigation bar and select Configuration.
On the first panel you can configure your general settings such as Club Name, email addresses and logos. More information on each setting is displayed below.
Club Name
This is name that will be displayed on your homepage, invoices and any public areas. Example: "Sarah's Gymnastics Club"
Website Email
This is your general notifications email address, you recieve emails here if a member wishes to get in contact or signs up.
Licensed Username
This setting cannot be changed. It is the same as your system url.
Payment Email
This email address will be used for payment success or failures. Some clubs enter their treasurers email address here. You can set it the same as your website email address if you wish.
Company Logo
This logo will be displayed on your public areas, member sign in screens and newsletters.
Invoice Logo
This logo will be displayed on your invoices and member reciepts, you can leave it blank if not required or set it the same as your company logo.
Long Date
How long dates and times are displayed. The default is long date and 12 hour format.
Short Date
How short dates are displayed.
Time Format
How times are displayed. The default is 24 hour format.
Week Starts
Changes when your reporting week starts. The default is Monday.
Calendar Date
How dates are displayed. The default is DD/MM/YYYY.
Items Per Page
How many rows are displayed on reports and dashboards. The default is 12. We recommend not showing more than 40 rows on large systems.
Time Zone
The time zone your club operates within.
Language
The language your system is displayed in. Currently only English and French are supported.
Locale
Changes the Default Language Location.
On the second panel you can configure your registration settings, tax and social media links. More information on each setting is displayed below.
Registration Verification
If enabled, all new users willl need to confirm their email address before they can login. The default is Yes.
Auto Registration
If enabled, allows users to automatically register and gain access to the system. Otherwise the admin will need to enable their access manually. The default is No.
Allow Registration
If enable, a sign up form will be displayed on your homepage allowing users to create an account - if this setting is disabled, an admin must create all accounts manually. The default is No.
Registration Notification
This setting controls whether the admin is notified by email when a new user registers. The default is No.
Default Currency
Enable VAT/Tax
This setting toggles if Tax or VAT is calcuated on your membership fees. The rate is controlled by your Default Locale Settings.
Twitter ID
You can enter your twitter handel here. It will be displayed on your newsletters and emails..
Facebook ID
You can eter your Facebook Page ID here. It will be displayed on your newsletters and emails.
The next panel allows your to set a default membership type. This type is automatically assigned when a new user registers. To enable this setting, toggle the Default Membership Access to Yes and select the desired Membership Package.
The final panel is where you can set your Invoice Data (Displayed on your invoices), Invoice Notes (Displayed on the footer of your invoices) and Offline Payment Information (Also displayed on your invoices for users unable to make payments online).
This setting controls the default system currency. This should match the currency setting in your Payment Processor. Click here to view the supported . The default is GBP.
